Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center (within 48 hours of placement), you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package (where tracking is available). You can also log into your account on our website or visit our tracking tool to check the status. If you don’t see tracking updates or need assistance, contact us with your order number.

Your order will be carefully packed at our fulfillment center and shipped via trusted courier services or local postal networks, depending on your location. We partner with global carriers to ensure reliable delivery to over 80 countries. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor its journey. Delivery times typically range from 4 to 30 days after a 48-hour processing period.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at support@tidysetup.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping label. However, if it’s already packed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, and you’ll need to coordinate with the carrier or recipient.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. At checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost for your order before finalizing your purchase. For international orders, additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. We’re sorry for any delay with your order! Our standard shipping time is 4-30 days due to high order volume and coordination across multiple warehouses. Delays can also occur due to customs processing, local postal service issues, or peak seasons. To check the status of your order, use our tracking tool or email us at support@tidysetup.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate promptly.
Return and Refunds
We want you to love your Tidysetup! If your item isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in original condition (tags attached, no visible wear) and isn’t a clearance item. Returns are processed at our fulfillment center, and we’ll issue a Once our team received your return parcel, they will issue you an online credit note that never expires to purchase absolutely anything in our store, or the size you prefer. Email support@tidysetup.com with your order number to start a return.
If your purchase isn’t working out, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in original condition (tags attached, no visible wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. We don’t offer direct exchanges, but once we receive your return, we’ll issue a non-expiring online credit note to purchase anything in our store, including a different size or item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Email support@tidysetup.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Order Status
If you missed applying your discount code, contact us as soon as possible at support@tidysetup.com with your order number and promo code. If your order hasn’t been fully processed, we’ll do our best to apply the discount for you!
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, so unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it’s placed. Please double-check all details (item, size, address) at checkout. If you have concerns or need assistance, contact us immediately at support@tidysetup.com, and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
We’re sorry to hear you received an incorrect or faulty item! Please email support@tidysetup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item’s name/product code, a photo of the item, and details of the issue. We’ll arrange a return and issue a non-expiring credit note or send a replacement, depending on availability. Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is on us.
