The Biomechanics of Ergonomic Desk & Monitor Height

Most commercial desks are manufactured to a fixed height of 29 to 30 inches (73.6 to 76.2 cm), a standard engineered in the mid-20th century to accommodate the 95th percentile of adult males. 1. The 90-to-100 Degree Elbow Angle Rule
